1. Enter the couple’s last name exactly as you would like it printed.

   Last Name:
   Enter the family’s last name only. Please do not include “The” or add an “s.” We will format the name as shown on the ornament.

   Example: Enter Concorso to receive The Concorsos.

2. Enter the year.
3. Choose your velvet ribbon color.
4. Upload a clear, high-quality photo that matches the orientation shown in the product sample.

Please carefully review all names and dates before submitting your order. Personalization will be printed exactly as entered.

📸 Photo Recommendations 

For the best results, upload a photo that is:

• Clear and well lit
• Landscape or horizontal
• Not blurry or heavily filtered
• Large enough for high-quality printing
• Taken with enough space around the subjects for cropping

Photos submitted in the wrong orientation may require significant cropping. We cannot guarantee that the full subject or background will remain visible when the uploaded photo does not match the sample orientation

Photo quality will directly affect the finished print quality.

Please upload a photo that matches the orientation shown in the selected ornament sample:

• Choose a portrait/vertical photo for designs shown with a vertical photo opening.
• Choose a landscape/horizontal photo for designs shown with a horizontal photo opening.

Photos submitted in the wrong orientation may require heavy cropping and may not fit the ornament properly. We cannot guarantee the full subject or background will remain visible when the uploaded photo does not match the sample orientation.

Each custom photo ornament is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for printing, quality check, and packaging before shipment.

During busy seasons, holidays, or large custom orders, processing time may be slightly longer. We’ll provide tracking once your order has been fulfilled. 📦
